Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by this Portal. Submit your request below and we will process it within 30 days.

What Data Can Be Deleted?

Upon a valid deletion request, we will permanently remove or anonymize the following categories of data associated with your identity from our systems:

Can Be Deleted
  • Full name, mobile number, email address
  • Bank account details & IFSC code
  • City, state, and address information
  • Contact form messages
  • IP address logs (if not required for fraud investigation)
  • Cookie and analytics tracking data
Cannot Be Deleted
  • Application records required for government audit (retained 7 years)
  • Data required by court order or legal obligation
  • Records of approved/disbursed benefits (financial accountability)
  • Fraud investigation records
  • Anonymized statistical data (no personal identifiers)

Deleting your data will not cancel any approved applications or affect disbursement of benefits already sanctioned. However, you will not be able to track your application status after deletion.

How the Deletion Process Works

Submit Your Request

Fill out the deletion request form below with your registered mobile number and Aadhaar number for identity verification.

Identity Verification

Our team will verify your identity to ensure the request is genuine and matches the data in our system. You may be contacted within 5 working days.

Review & Processing

We review the request against legal retention obligations. Deletable data is permanently removed or anonymized from our databases.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email/SMS within 30 days of your request confirming what was deleted and any data retained under legal obligation.
