Eligibility to Apply
To submit an application through this Portal, you must meet all of the following criteria:
Eligibility criteria vary by scheme. Meeting the portal's general eligibility does not guarantee approval for any specific scheme. Final eligibility determination rests with the concerned government department.
Your Obligations
By using this Portal, you agree to the following obligations:
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all forms and applications.
- Keep your contact details (mobile number, email) up to date so we can communicate application status.
- Submit applications only on your own behalf or as a legally authorized representative of the applicant.
- Not submit duplicate applications for the same scheme using different identities or Aadhaar numbers.
- Promptly inform the concerned department of any change in circumstances that affects your eligibility.

Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, permanent disqualification, and/or criminal prosecution:
- Submitting false, forged, or fabricated documents or information in any application.
- Impersonating another person or submitting applications using someone else's Aadhaar or identity without authorization.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Portal, its servers, or databases.
- Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to mass-submit applications or harvest data.
- Selling, transferring, or sharing application access or scheme benefits with third parties for commercial gain.
- Uploading or transmitting malware, viruses, or malicious code through the Portal.
- Using the Portal to conduct any activity that violates the Information Technology Act, 2000 or any other applicable Indian law.
Fraudulent applications are a criminal offence under the Indian Penal Code and the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. Offenders will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Accuracy of Submissions
You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted through this Portal. The Office of the Chief Minister reserves the right to:
- Reject applications that contain incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent information.
- Verify submitted information with relevant government databases including UIDAI, Revenue Department, and Banking institutions.
- Cancel approved applications and recover disbursed amounts if fraud or misrepresentation is discovered after approval.
- Blacklist applicants found to have submitted fraudulent applications from all future government scheme benefits.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Portal β including the design, layout, graphics, text, logos, scheme branding, and downloadable materials β is the intellectual property of the Office of the Chief Minister, Tamil Nadu, or its licensed content providers.

Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently block access to this Portal β without prior notice β to any user or IP address that we reasonably believe has:

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

- The Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002
Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
